The Chamber Board recently approved the appointment of Northbrook Court Senior General Manager Neisha Vitello to fill a vacancy on the Board created by the departure of Kristin Anunson. Neisha has a 13-year career in the field of real estate operations, marketing and management. She was appointed to her current position at Northbrook Court in November 2017. Her responsibilities include administration, operations, marketing, security and leasing as well as tenant relations and customer satisfaction for the one million square foot shopping center.
Previously, Neisha was the Senior General Manager at Beachwood Place in Cleveland, Ohio where she managed a 1.1 million square foot center anchored by Saks 5th Avenue, Nordstrom and Dillards. In her position she was responsible for the oversight of all center finances, capital projects, and strategic initiatives, as well as leasing efforts for office space. She also participated in the execution of two redevelopment projects at the center, which included the addition of two new-to -market retailers: Zara and The Container Store.
Neisha earned a BSAS in Fashion Merchandising with a minor in Marketing from Youngstown State University in Youngstown, Ohio and a Master in Business Administration from Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida. “I’m elated to be on the Board and eager to learn more about Northbrook, meet local businesses, and continue to build on the long-standing relationship between Northbrook Court and the Chamber,” she comments.
