Frank Karkazis Joins Chamber Board

Frank Karkazis, owner of FGK Services Inc., has been named to the Chamber’s Board of Directors. A past recipient of the Chamber’s Business of the Year Award, Frank is a dedicated community volunteer as well as a successful entrepreneur.

Frank launched FGK Services, a Northbrook-based commercial cleaning business, in 2013. The company now works with properties all over the north side of Chicago and the northern suburbs, having built a loyal client base during the high-demand years of the pandemic. Among his most appreciative clients are a number of local non-profit organizations, including the North Suburban YMCA and Youth Services of Glenview/Northbrook. Through a partnership with Glenkirk, FGK offers employment opportunities to individuals with disabilities who clean at FGK’s clients, including the Northbrook Chamber.

“We are so happy to have Frank join the Chamber Board,” notes Board Chair Amy Kahhat, First Bank Chicago. “He’s shown great leadership in the community and also been a wonderful resource for the Chamber. We appreciate all our Board Directors who volunteer their time and talents to help our organization thrive.”
