Northbrook Retailers Alert: Find It in Northbrook Updates!

Our Find It in Northbrook! program is designed to help you! Here is what we need to know:

Northbrook stores and restaurants can take advantage of new no-cost opportunities in the Find It in Northbrook mobile text program.

HOW IT WORKS: This community outreach platform connects local businesses with residents and other customers with exclusive offers sent right to their mobile phones.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM: The Find It in Northbrook program (a partnership between the Chamber and the Village of Northbrook) is a multi-platform campaign to raise the visibility of our community as a destination for shopping, dining and entertainment.

DISCOVER 60062: Marketing elements include an informative website and active Facebook and Instagram pages, as well as the subscriber-based text program.

To attract new subscribers and boost engagement, the existing text program will be upgraded in the coming weeks to include special offers from featured businesses like yours. To maximize visibility only a limited number of offers will be presented in each message. Text messages, sent 2-3 times each month, will be tied to special community events or attention-grabbing themes.

Participation in this marketing opportunity is offered at no cost to brick-and-mortar stores, restaurants, and service businesses located within incorporated Northbrook, and Chamber membership is not required. Businesses will be asked to display a small point-of-sale NFC card to encourage customers to subscribe to the text program.

Interested businesses should provide details of their proposed offer and a logo to Carolyn Gessner, Communications Director, carolyn@northbrookchamber.org.
