Discover Delicious at the Northbrook Chamber’s 29th Annual Auction & Taste of the North Shore! Restaurants, caterers, and food businesses can showcase their specialties at this bites and bids fundraiser that attracts foodies from Northbrook and surrounding communities. Restaurant owners, now’s the time to reserve your space!
The Taste of the North Shore provides a one-of-a-kind setting for our restaurants to connect with the community while enhancing brand visibility. Guests enjoy discovering food stations representing over 20 eateries, allowing you to share your most popular bites while creating an experience that encourages attendees to become regulars at your restaurant.
The evening also includes cocktails, games, and entertainment - all designed to engage the audience for the participating restaurants. Extensive pre-event marketing boosts the visibility of all participating businesses. The Chamber will provide digital ideas for you to share on your social media as well!
Bids for an extensive silent auction is a critical fundraiser that caps off the evening! Restaurants are invited to participate in the auction as well – gift card donations ensure future visits to your business.
Chamber member food businesses receive priority on reserving to participate and can take advantage of this marketing opportunity with no fee. Participants must complete the reservation indicating the types of bites they plan to serve. A minimum of two signature dishes (approximately 250 small portions) are required to be served.
The Auction & Taste is the most important fundraiser of the year, enabling the Chamber to serve members and the community with a wide variety of programming and support. In addition to restaurant participation in the Taste, members can get involved in this vital effort through:
- Sponsorships - Available at a wide range of price points, sponsors receive recognition before, during and after the event to demonstrate their support for the organization.
- Auction Donations - Hotel stays, sports tickets, special experiences, and other items valued at $50 or more will help us reach our goals and they are fun to bid on!
