Two new directors will join the NCCI Board in January, completing the terms of directors who have stepped down due to professional transitions. Julie Hardegree, ProAuto and Brian Bromberg, Manning Silverman & Company Certified Public Accountants, were appointed at the December 2024 Board meeting to fill the seats of Jeffrey Lambert and Katie Roberts, respectively.

Julie Hardegree, co-owner of ProAuto in Morton Grove, has been an NCCI member since 2022. She has been an active participant and volunteer, becoming an Ambassador in 2023. Her family-owned business offers comprehensive auto repair and maintenance service, and actively supports the NCCI and other community organizations through sponsorships. Her Board appointment will run to the end of 2026, at which time she will be eligible for an additional three year term.

As Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Manning Silverman, Brian Bromberg has been consistently involved since joining the NCCI in 2023. He serves as an Ambassador as well as a Golf Committee volunteer, and enjoys applying his expertise as a CPA to mentor members. Brian’s appointment runs through December 2025, and he will also be eligible for an additional term.

The Chamber also thanks retiring directors Ron Goldblatt, NorthShore Loyalty; Arnie Krause, The Claim Company; and Julie Lerman, Franklin Greenswag Channon & Capilla. Each of them contributed greatly to the Board during their two terms in office, including Julie’s outstanding leadership as Board Chair in 2022 and 2023.

Board Directors will receive special recognition at the 2025 Annual Meeting and Awards Celebration on Monday, March 31 at the Renaissance Chicago North Shore
