Chamber Board Welcomes New Director

Katie Moore, Northbrook Bank & Trust, will join the Northbrook Chamber’s Board of Directors effective August 13. Her nomination was confirmed in an email vote by Board members in July. She fills a seat vacated by Kendra Castelloni, who has left Northbrook Bank for a regional role at its parent company, Wintrust.

Katie Moore joined Northbrook Bank in January 2021 as Vice President, Community Banking Manager. She has had an accomplished 20-year career at Wintrust Bank, beginning as a summer intern at North Shore Community Bank & Trust in Wilmette. Her experience with Wintrust encompasses residential and commercial real estate banking experience, capped with four years as a Team Lead for Wintrust Business Banking.
“As a Community Banking Manager, I have four team members that serve the community through financial literacy to small businesses, and also provide services to not-for-profits in the community,” she explains. “I am proud to work for an organization that is dedicated to the community. I look forward to the opportunity to serve on the Northbrook Chamber of Commerce Board.”

Katie was born and raised in Evanston, and attended the University of Dayton where she earned a degree in marketing. She lives in Park Ridge with her husband Todd and their two children.

“We are delighted to welcome Katie to the Chamber Board,” comments Board Chair Bob Caldwell, Hallmark Homecare. “She continues Northbrook Bank & Trust’s long record of leadership in our community, and her banking experience gives her a deep understanding of the needs of local businesses.”
