The Chamber’s signature fundraising event, the Annual Auction & Taste, promises to be an exceptional evening filled with delicious food and exciting auctions. This can’t-miss gala offers a wide variety of opportunities for members to get involved, whether as a sponsor, donor, volunteer, or attendee.
Bringing back the Auction & Taste after a two-year pandemic hiatus makes the 2022 event extra enticing. New restaurants, new participating businesses, and a return to the beautiful Renaissance Chicago North Shore Hotel ballroom will deliver a night to remember for everyone involved. The event also fills a vital fundraising role for the Chamber, supporting the organization’s many programs and services and keeping dues affordable for small business and non-profits.
Sponsorships: Recognizing the importance and popularity of the event, we thank our members who are stepping up as sponsors. Allstate has graciously continued its commitment as Presenting Sponsor, and the Sheraton Northbrook will sponsor the $1000 raffle grand prize. Northbrook Bank & Trust and TGM North Shore have also filled lead sponsor roles.
Additional sponsorships are available at Platinum, Gold and Silver levels, providing direct support for the event and also enhancing the donors’ public profile. Each level includes two tickets to the event as well as recognition in Chamber materials. Auction Donations: Members can also support the Chamber’s fundraising goals by donating items to the live and silent auctions. Items valued at $50 or more are included in the exciting auction display, and donors are recognized in the event program and auction tables. Especially popular items include:

- Sports, theater or concert tickets
- Restaurant gift certificates
- Hotel stays
- Catered dinner parties
- Vacation getaways

Volunteering: The day of the Auction & Taste is filled with activity! Volunteers are needed before, during and after the event for a variety of roles. This is a great opportunity to meet new members in a social setting with a minimal time commitment.
Buy Your Tickets! Event tickets are now available on the Chamber website. Individual admission is $45 if purchased by October 17, $55 afterwards. Raffle tickets are also available: one for $10 or 12 for $100. Save with a “Supporter Ticket” bundle that includes one admission and two raffle tickets for $60!
