Kristin Anunson, Northbrook Court Joins Chamber Board

The Chamber Board of Directors recently approved the appointment of Northbrook Court General Manager Kristin Anunson to the Board. Kristin has a 13 year career in the field of real estate operations and management. She was appointed to her current position at Northbrook Court in November, 2016. Her responsibilities include administration, operations, marketing, security and specialty leasing as well as tenant relations and customer satisfaction for the one million square-foot shopping center.

Previously, Kristin was Senior Operations Manager at Water Tower Place in Chicago, one of the first vertical shopping centers in the country. In her position she was responsible for the oversight of all operations of the 3.1 million square foot mixed use center as well as 830 North Michigan Avenue, a 100,000 square foot high street retail asset. Kristin managed all project employees and contractors, coordinated day-to-day operational and maintenance activities, and oversaw seasonal projects and matters related to tenant compliance and lease provisions. She also managed project finances and managed capital projects and service contracts. Prior to her position at Water Tower Place, Kristin was VP of Property Management for Sara Investment Real Estate, Madison Wisconsin.
