Congratulations to Marsha Schwartz, Coldwell Banker for her appointment to the Northbrook Arts Commission. The volunteers work in partnership with the Park District, Northbrook Library and other local organizations to promote the arts in Northbrook. Her three year term will commence in April.
For the 15th consecutive year, Zengeler Cleaners is serving as a collection site throughout the month of March for the 2016 Glass Slipper Project, accepting donations of gently used prom and formal dresses to help thousands of Chicagoland high school students experience the joy of prom night. The items will help stock “boutiques” where students receive individual assistance shopping for their prom. Zengeler will inspect, repair and then professionally clean each dress at no charge.
