New Store Fills Lord & Taylor Space at Northbrook Court
Northbrook Court will welcome a new retailer to its largest vacant space, one with a close connection to the space’s former tenant. Shopper’s Find, scheduled to open on June 30, is a brand established by Northbrook-based Hilco Global LLC as part of the Chapter 11 liquidation process of Lord & Taylor. Northbrook Court General Manager Brian Lee said that the store is tentatively scheduled to open on June 30.
According to the company’s website, “Shopper’s Find focuses on finding quality, stylish, trending, brand name, and designer merchandise at hugely discounted prices… Merchandise is offered as a one-time opportunity and is available only while supplies last.” The store carries a wide selection of merchandise including apparel, accessories, jewelry, home décor, and rugs, sourced from excess inventory, out-of-season stock, overstock, and clearance merchandise.
The Northbrook Court store will be the third Shopper’s Find location in the U.S., along with locations at Brookfield Properties shopping centers in Wayne, New Jersey and Natick, Massachusetts.
