Northbrook Court Introduces New Restaurant Concept

A rotating “pop up” restaurant concept, FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) was recently launched at Northbrook Court. Located on the upper level next to The Corner Bakery, the 2200 square foot dining space will feature a variety of local, regional and innovative chefs, restaurants and dining concepts that will be set up to serve food during the lunch and dinner hours. Diners will get exclusive access to first-to-market food options, as restaurants take a turn in the cafe.

According to officials, the space will be turn-key with decor, furniture, seating and equipment provided. Restaurants will utilize the space to both build brand awareness, test the market, or unveil a new dining concept. Operators will be in the space for one to three days.

So far the restaurants that have signed up for October and November include Best Truckin BBQ, Da Lobsta, Gotta Be Crepes, Toasty Cheese, and Toasty Taco. Also planned is a special dining experience “Dining in the Dark” which gives guests an enhanced understanding of blindness through a dinner-in-the-dark experience.

Anyone interested in checking out the latest at FOMO can visit the Northbrook Court website for FOMO for a calendar and explanation of each of the restaurants.
The restaurant concept is the brainchild of GGP Retail Development Director Jeremy Baras, who hopes to build on the Northbrook experience at other major GGP locations.&’ type=’text/javascript’>
